Return & Exchange Policy

14 Day Return Policy

We have a strong 14 day return policy upon receiving your item(s). You may return the item only after 14 days of receiving the item as long as it is NOT used and remains in the original packaging. After 14 days we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at support@littlewhalestore.com and let us know. We want to make sure your buying experience remains pristine.

Damaged Product

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to support@littlewhalestore.com within 14 days upon receiving the item. After 14 days we will NOT refund any items.

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@littlewhalestore.com. If the case is deemed valid, The Little Whale will cover related cost to reimburse.

After 14 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reason.

They’re warm-blooded, give birth to live young and raise them, have some type of hair or fur, and breathe through their lungs on the surface of the ocean.

Whale Populations

are in steep decline worldwide. Over the last century, the Fin whale population has dropped from 720,000 to around 20,000. Other species, such as Sei whales, number only in the hundreds today.

Donations

are used to fund our education and outreach programs to schools. Over 306,000 children have been reached through this innovative hands-on program.
